Due to FERPA Regulations, requests for Comet IDs, @IDs or Password information (including resetting your password) over email, will not be permitted unless you use your CCC Student, Faculty or Staff email address to contact us. If you are having difficulty accessing your CCC email, feel free to give us a call at (928) 226 – 4357 or come by the Help Desk on the Lone Tree or Fourth Street campuses.

New Password Rules
Information Technology Services (ITS) in the near future be implementing new password complexity rules for Banner and Windows account passwords. For further information regarding these changes please visit our Password Information page.
Student email is now accessed through the myCCC student portal. You will need to login at myccc.coconino.edu using your CometID and password.
