Registration for Fall 2020
Planning your class schedule takes time and thought. It requires a brief meeting with your advisor, selecting your program of study, and the scheduling of placement tests, if necessary. If you are working, consider your work schedule or any family obligations you may have. In doing so, a little planning will eliminate unnecessary stress and allows you an opportunity to secure the best classes.
Faculty will not withdraw a student who stops attending, or participating in class. It is the sole responsibility of the student to drop or withdraw.

Receiving a financial aid award is a process that takes time. It is important that students complete their 2020-21 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and their CCC financial aid files by the deadlines listed to receive the following benefits:
Priority 1 Deadline:
Submit the FAFSA by May 3, 2020, and
Complete your file with CCC Financial Aid by May 13, 2020
- Maximize your chances of qualifying for the largest financial aid award
- Receive your financial aid award letter (if eligible) before classes start
- Your financial aid awards (if eligible) will hold your classes
- Receive a bookstore voucher (if eligible) the week before classes start in the fall
Priority 2 Deadline:

- Students who have missed the deadlines, but complete the FAFSA late may be reimbursed retroactively.
- Students can submit FAFSAs anytime during the semester in which they are enrolled.

The College is changing the deadlines for tuition payment to allow you to make adjustments to your schedule without penalty throughout the summer.
During the summer prepare to finalize your payment arrangements before the payment deadline of August 10th. You can either:
- Pay your account in full
- Enroll in a payment plan
- Receive email notification of financial aid award
- Submit an employer/sponsor commitment letter to the College
Any of the above methods of payment will avoid being dropped from unpaid classes.

- Students who drop within the published deadlines will receive a 100% refund
- Students who do not attend class(es) the first week of instruction, and do not drop, will be responsible for full tuition
