If a student withdraws from all classes at CCC prior to January 31, 2023, the enrollment status for the R2T4 calculation will be the student’s enrollment status on the date of withdrawal. If a student withdraws on or after January 31, 2023, through May 13, 2023, the enrollment status used for the R2T4 calculation will be the student’s enrollment status as of January 31, 2023.
