Help Desk (Technical Support)
Due to FERPA Regulations, requests for Comet IDs, @IDs or Password information (including resetting your password) over email, will not be permitted unless you use your CCC Student, Faculty or Staff email address to contact us. If you are having difficulty accessing your CCC email, feel free to give us a call at (928) 226 – 4357 or come by the Help Desk on the Lone Tree or Fourth Street campuses.

Terms of Service (Terms of Contest)
All information provided will remain anonymous to the Help Desk staff, excluding the ITS Student Center Coordinator: Shane Pablo. Feedback given in the survey may be used in training, or other presentations for the Help Desk staff to be able to better help our users (Students, Facutly, Staff). You may request for a response for the Survey from the ITS Student Center Coordinator:, allowing any feedback a response if desired. You can do so by emailing him at Shane.Pablo@coconino.edu.
No purchase necessary. Due to Arizona contest restrictions you must be 18 years or older to win a gift card. This rule applies for all U.S. residents that may enter outside of Arizona. Other country residents may apply, however due to restrictions by Amazon, may not be able to use the giftcard. Multiple entries will NOT be counted and may lead to disqualification. One entry per person, multiple entries under the same name shall be removed from the drawing. Members of the Coconino Community College Information Technolody Department, including "infrasturcture" and "help desk" are unable to win, and will be disqualified if they enter. Family members are allowed to enter if they fall under the rest of the qualifications. All entries are given a number based on time of entry. The winners will be selected at random using a number generator chosen by the ITS Student Center Coordinator. Award may not be given to another person, and the card can be declined upon recieving the winning email. If you decline the giftcard, another winner will be drawn at random. Identity and current status at Coconino Community College will be verified by the Help Desk Coordinator. You can still submit feedback if not a current student or employee, however you will not be counted in the drawing. To enter for the Gift Card you must fill out all required information, and enter contact details where requested on the survey. Two winners will be randomly selected, with each winner getting a single "$25.00" gift card to Amazon.com. A winner may not win multiple times, and as stated if multiple entries are submitted the person may be disqualified. Prize can be redeemed through their website. The Amazon.com logo, and trademark is owned by Amazon.com INC.
Survey giveaway runs Monday, November 30th at 9:00am through Sunday, December 20th at 11:59pm. Drawing will occur on Monday December 21st, 2016. The gift card will be available for pick-up in person starting same day. Winner will be notified by E-mail. If no response in 48 hours, a new winner will be selected, and notified. If you cannot pick the card in person, the card will be mailed through USPS. This can take an additional 2 - 10 business days depending on location.
New Password Guidelines
- Passwords cannot contain the user's account name or parts of the user' full name that exceed two consecutive characters.
- Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length
Passwords must contain characters from all of the three following categories:
- English uppercase alphabet characters (A-Z)
- English lowercase alphabet characters (a-z)
- Base 10 digits (0-9)
Special Character (!@#$, etc)
- Special Characters only applies to Comet ID passwords, not Banner
