206-00 GRANTS—POLICY
 

The Coconino Community College District Governing Board authorizes the President or his/her designee to apply for external funds on behalf of the College provided that the purposes of such funds are in keeping with the College’s policies, mission, vision, core values and strategic plan. Applications for funding shall be subject to prior approval by the District Governing Board when the award of funds will require a commitment of District funds or resources that are not already included in an approved budget or authorized by another District Governing Board action, or if the funding agency, organization or person requires District Governing Board approval of the application.
