All meetings at the Lone Tree Campus are held in the Board Room

Work Sessions when needed will begin at 4:00 p.m. Regular Board Meetings will begin at 5:30 p.m. when there is a Work Session. When there is no Work Session, the Regular Board Meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m.

All agenda items must go through the president’s office.
Action & information items are due on the above designated dates. If more time is needed, please let Joan White know how much additional time is needed.
The Board has requested that all information materials be provided along with the monthly packet so they will have time to review it prior to the Board meeting.
If a guest wants to give a presentation to the Governing Board, this must also go through the president’s office for scheduling purposes.
