Grant Project

Coconino Community College, using funding awarded by the Navajo Nation Regional Partnership Council of First Things First, is expanding the existing Early Childhood Education (ECE) Program at Tuba City High School (TCHS) beginning Fall 2012.  The program will prepare participants to complete the Child Development Associate (CDA) credential by the summer following high school graduation.  The project will provide scholarships, textbooks, career counseling, academic advising and college placement test preparation to qualified students.
