Student Housing for CCC Students

CCC students have the opportunity to live on campus at Northern Arizona University in either a townhome style or suite style residence hall managed by American Campus Communities. Housing options are conveniently located about a mile from the CCC Lone Tree Campus.

The Suites and Hilltop Townhomes will offer new modern accomodations, game rooms, fitness centers, community events, on-site management, maintenance staff, individual leases and roommate matching.

Immunization requirement to live on campus at NAU

CCC students living on the Northern Arizona University campus must meet the university's immunization requirements. After completing the immunization verification form and submitting the form to the NAU Campus Health Services office, you will recieve a confirmation email that you have met the requirements.

You will need to submit a copy of the confirmation email to the leasing office before you can sign a lease.
