High School Students

As a local high school student, you can get a jump start on your higher education career. Possibly you may have already taken classes at your school, which may be considered a CCC class. CCC has many classes offered throughout the day to help you map out your future.  If you have early release or foresee a semester that your class load will be lessened, take advantage of the many classes offered throughout the day. Visit our online Class Schedule to see what classes are available. This will move you ahead on your college degree.

Seek out your Tech Prep coordinator or advising department at your high school to inquire about dual enrollment opportunities. Being a part of the Tech Prep Program, you’re already considered as a CCC student. There are some classes offered at local Flagstaff high schools that are equivalent to CCC classes. This also applies to several high schools in Northern Arizona.  Find out how many credit hours you have already accumulated toward a degree or certificate.

These are great ways to become introduced to college classes and the college community at reasonable tuition rates.  Meet college students, professors and obtain the structure of being in higher education.
