Important Information about the payment plan
First, the payment plan is not a loan. You will not incur any interest. However, NELNET does charge a $30.00 non-refundable enrollment fee for using the service that is due at the time of enrollment. Nelnet also charges $30.00 for any returned payments.
Second, you have two options when planning to pay for your tuition:<
- Automatic Bank Payments (ACH): processed directly from your financial institution. These payments can either be from a savings or checking account and will be processed on the 5th of each month, continuing until the balance is paid in full.
- Credit Cards: this option allows you to take advantage of bonus programs that are associated with your credit card (miles, points, travel). Automatic credit card payment will be processed on the 5th of each month using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express, continuing until the balance is paid in full.

Signing Up
To sign up, collect all pertinent information to include: Coconino Community College student ID @000…, Name, address, and E-mail address of the person making the payment, Bank Account information (routing number, account number, bank name, and telephone number) or Credit Card information (credit card number and expiration).
Next, read and understand all instructions below before going to your student account:
Go to your student accoutn on WEB4 at
- Go to your student account on WEB4
- Login using your student ID number and pin (if this is your first time using this system your pin is defaulted to your birth date MMDDYY). If you are having pin troubles and need it reset contact the help desk at 928-226-4357.
- Once logged in, click on student at the left hand side of the page.
- From this screen select FACTS– Online Payment Plan.
- Select the term and the next page will itemize the charges on your account, which will be used for the amount due for the payment plan. Once ready, click on the E-Cashier symbol.
- Now you are in NELNET’s Website. Follow instructions and before clicking submit, make sure you read through the E-Cashier’s final review and the terms and conditions.
